Every order settles through escrow. The buyer funds the order against agreed terms; the money is held and neither party can withdraw it unilaterally. The supplier can see funds are committed before production starts, and the buyer’s money is not with the supplier until delivery is confirmed.

Release happens when the buyer confirms the delivery matches what was agreed. If it does not, the order moves to dispute with the funds still held.

Suppliers complete KYC before they can be listed as verified. Unverified accounts can exist on the platform, but they do not carry the verified badge and their company details are not shown on listings.

Verification confirms identity and business registration. It is not a guarantee of product quality, and it is not a credit reference — escrow, not verification, is what protects the payment.

A buyer who receives goods that do not match the agreed specification, quantity or grade can raise a dispute instead of releasing escrow. Funds stay held while the dispute is open.

TradelyX is for agricultural and agro-processed commodities. Listings for anything requiring a licence the seller does not hold, anything under export restriction in the country of origin, live animals, controlled substances, and any product misrepresented as to its origin or grade will be removed and the account suspended.
